Only Scar knows that Luthor will be saved from this alliance with Brainiac by the currently deceased Superboy.

Realizing his destiny is controlled by the people at DC Comics, Superboy-Prime tries to leave his fight with the Black Lanterns and take out his frustrations on the DC employees. But Black Lantern Alexander Luthor transports the Black Lanterns and Superboy-Prime to Prime's basement to continue the fight. Prime tries to take possession of one of the Black Lantern rings, but it refuses to let him, exploding in a burst of light and leaving him alone in his basement remembering his love for Laurie. Just then, Laurie arrives and tells Clark that everything will be all right from now on.

While Cassie puts the ring into orbit, Superboy returns his other body to the healing chamber.

"Graduation Day" After the graduation ceremony for Power Boy, Lamprey, Crystal Kid, and Nightwind, the cadets and their teachers return to Legion Academy. But when the alarms go off at Legion Headquarters, Bouncing Boy, Duplicate Girl, and Night Girl respond, with the cadets following close behind. There, they find Cosmic King, who makes quick work of the veterans and then turns to face the rookies.
