"I Am Batman" Though Derek Powers is using Wayne-Powers to make nerve gas, Bruce refuses to act and tells Terry to take the information to Police Commissioner Barbara Gordon. But after leaving Wayne Manor, Terry is confronted by Powers and loses the disc. Terry returns to the Batcave, steals the Batman costume, and heads to Wayne-Powers where he witnesses Powers selling the nerve gas to the Kaznian Minister of Commerce. With Bruce's help through the radio receiver in the costume, Terry eludes Powers and puts a stop to the delivery of the nerve gas. The next day, Bruce offers Terry a job as his assistant.
