Peter gets a call from Matt Murdock who asks him for a midnight meet. MJ is contacted by Lance who asks her to tell Pete about a midnight mob meeting but she doesn't say anything. The gang war explodes. With DD a no show, Spidey finds out about the mob meet from MJ too late to stop it. The Rose tries to escape but is forced to shoot a cop who tries to stop him.
